- Secure: Appoint steering group
- Support: Promote enterprise at Sussex
- Balance: Business/Social Enterprise
- Multidicipline: Members from across campus
- Prove: JFDI – Undertake Example Ventures
- Compete: Enter Competitions
- Purpose: Create an annual competition at Sussex
